
12oz White fish fillet
1/2 Tbsp of vegetable oil.
Thumb size ginger, grounded
2 Stalk of Green onion, cut
Pinch of Salt
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1. Cut the fish into portions
2. To the fish with ginger, green onion, oil, and salt
3. Steamed for 20 mins
4. Add soy sauce and enjoy.
