Carrot and Tuna


3 Carrots, peeled and chopped into thin julienne
5oz Canned Tuna, drained
1 Tsp Garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper

1. Mix everything in a microwave safe bowl
2. Microwave medium for 1-2mins to lightly cook the carrots
3. Serve hot or cold.
