Drunken Spaghetti


I saw this on TV once and thought this is a insane idea using a whole bottle of wine for cooking, but it actually not bad... Until I got tipsy from eating.

1lb spaghetti
1 bottle red wine
(Doesn't have to be expensive, I used a $3 bottle of red wine for this)
1 stick of butter
6 cloves of garlic

1. Cook the spaghetti
2. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat, then add garlic and saute until fragrant.
3. Add the spaghetti and saute until it is evenly coated with butter garlic
4. Add wine and stir it often to prevent it from sticking.
5. Cook until the liquid is gone.
6. Serve the enjoy
