
Time for a little snacking... =D
Ingredients
6-8 hard boiled eggs, shelled
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
Suggested topping
pickle
sour cream
salmon roe
Be creative and go happy. =)
1. Put the eggs the vinegar, soy sauce, and sugar mixed in the plastic bag. Let it marinade for 2-3 hours (or overnight), moving them time to time to make sure they have a even color.
2. Remove the eggs from the marinade and cut them lengthwise, and serve with the topping of your choice.
3. Served as finger food or with green salad
