3 King Oyster Mushroom, sliced
3 Carrots, peeled and sliced
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame oil
*Optional add red pepper for a kick
1. Heat the pan then add sesame oil.
2. Stir fry the carrots and mushroom in the sesame oil so it is evenly coated.
3. Add sugar, soy sauce, and sake then stir.
4. Cover and stir occasionally to cook evenly until soft.
5. Cook for 2-3 mins then serve.
