中文课 (Chinese Class)
Sometimes Chinese class can be very boring and serious, but today was a very interesting class and very random. We were told each of us to make a sentence with the word 把, so being random I said...
请把你的电话号码给我。
(please give me your phone number.)
then another person...
请把你的手放在我的裤子。
(please put your hands in my pants.)
...What? LOL... Wow... Then the sentences get pretty rated R. /facepalm.

Drunken Chicken

My Mum brought 3 dozen chicken legs because there was a sale... Yea, I'm going to be doing a lot of cooking with chicken legs.
(This recipe is for the whole chicken, if you want to just cook legs then adjust the cooking time.)
3 lb Chicken
1 inch cube of ginger, sliced
For Marinade
2 bottles Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Marinade
1/4 cup Chinese Rice Wine
1/4 cup Sake
Cilantro, optional
1. In a large pot, bring the water with ginger to a rolling boil.
2. Reduce the heat to a simmer, slowly add the chicken.
3. Cover it with a lid and turn to low heat, then let it cook for about 30mins.
4. Turn off the fire, and take the chicken out to give it a ice bath.
(This will make the chicken juicy with a jelly like skin)
5. Put the chicken in the marinade overnight
6. Serve with cilantro

Whataburger

I will be very honest, but this is the first time I ever had whataburger. One of my friends said I'm doing it wrong... When going to a burger place I need to order a burger and not a grilled chicken sandwich. Either way it's actually not bad, but the chicken is a little dry but the fresh tomato with little mayo was right. Also I like how everything on the menu can be serve anytime, so I can get a burger and fries for breakfast. It might not be the healthiest but it's interesting.

Patisserie Jungle Cafe

Newly relocated just a little further down the street, Jungle Cafe is making its way to satisfy customers with larger space and more tables for tea time. The taste of their cake isn't too sweet or too bland, but sometimes can be a bit too spongy. The cafe is a little empty now because they just moved, but I have feeling it will fill up soon with more cakes and customers.

Cafe Kubo's Sushi

If you ever been to Kubo which is located at the Rice Village, you will know that Kubo is a high end sushi restaurant with high prices that usually isn't affordable for the average college student. Well... Mister Kubo solve this problem by opening a cafe version of his original restaurant, and made it budget friendly for every one. The cafe is well decorated nicely and very clean, the staff here are very nice and helpful. The prices can go lower, but for the quality it is well worth it.
